Der englische Produzent und DJ Catching Flies spielt noch dieses Jahr in Zürich! Catching Flies kündigt eine Headline-Tour durch Grossbritannien und Europa an! Dabei wird er in seiner neuen Live Show mitunter sein neues Album «Tides» integrieren. Das sich Catching Flies in der DJ-Szene einen Namen gemacht hat, zeigen seine Veröffentlichungen auf Anjuna- Deep und Cercle. Zudem wurde sein Debütalbum «Silver Linings» unter anderem von Billboard, The Guardian, Complex, Nowness, iD Magazine, Dazed & Confused, The Line of Best Fit und vielen weiteren hochgelobt und unterstützt. Unterstützung für «Silver Linings» kam zudem von namhaften Künstlern wie Bonobo, Caribou, Jungle, Loyle Carner, Nils Frahm, George Fitzgerald und Lane 8. Er tourte mit dem Album durch Grossbritannien, Europa, Asien und Nordamerika und spielte Live-Shows sowie DJ-Shows bei Bonobos «OUTLIER»-Eventreihe in Europa und Nordamerika. Nun folgt die nächste grosse Tour mit dem nächsten grossen Album!

Biographie de Catching Flies
Catching Flies is set to release his long-awaited debut album ‘Silver Linings’ on 5th July 2019. Containing shades of house and jazz, to hip-hop and electronica, ‘Silver Linings’ is a melodic mesh of bright electronics and intricate rhythms. It’s a beautiful, moving record, with sounds that unmistakably come straight from the heart. Catching Flies’ music draws from a wide-ranging palette of influences including jazz, soul, hip-hop, house and electronica and has previously seen him handpicked by Bonobo to provide support on his World Tour. Over the past few years, his music has gathered the support of Gilles Peterson, Annie Mac, Lauren Laverne, Julie Adenuga & Huw Stephens, critical acclaim from the likes of iD Magazine, The Guardian, Dazed & Confused, and Nowness.
