Biographie de Jacob Paul Allen

Jacob Paul Allen is a singer/songwriter from the Blue Ridge mountains of Nelson County, Virginia. He has been carving out his path in the music business for over a decade, creating his own blend of Country Music that he calls "Appalachian Red-Dirt." Often drawing comparisons to the likes of Tyler Childers and The Turnpike Troubadours, Jacob and his backing band, The Flood, are starting generate some serious buzz in the Central Virginia music scene and beyond.
Jacob has appeared on Knoxville's Blue Plate Special on WDVX and has performed at the at The Ting Pavilion on Charlottesville Virginia's Down Town mall for the highly attended Fridays After Five event. Jacob and his band will be making their highly anticipated debut as a headliner at The Southern Cafe and Music Hall in Charlottesville, VA on Aug 10th presented by Star Hill and FM Country Radio station 99.7 WCYK. Jacob has opened for national acts such as Dylan Scott, Thompson Square, Sonia Leigh, Niko Moon and Town Mountain. He released his debut EP titled "Southern Love" in January of 2023, and in May of 2023, released his fan favorite home town anthem "TYRO."
