Biographie de Marcus & Martinus
Marcus & Martinus are Norway’s biggest teen artists, and a Scandinavian pop phenomenon unlike anything in years. The twins from Northern Norway were only ten years old when they won the 2012 Eurovision Jr in Norway with the song "To dråper vann" . And so, their career started.
With their debut album "Hei" and the hit song "Plystre på deg" they conquered the charts in 2015. The hit parade continued with the song "Elektrisk" ft. Katastrofe, making them the youngest Norwegian artists ever to go platinum based on streams. The Album "Hei" went platinum in Norway and Sweden, and remained on the official Top 40 chart for 126 weeks, with a record breaking 100 consecutive weeks in the top 20. "Hei" became the third most sold album in Norway in 2015 (after Ed Sheeran and Adele), and they were the second most sold and streamed artist in Norway in 2015 (after Kygo).
2016 was a hectic and important year for the boys; They released their first English album, Together. They sold out the concert hall Oslo Spektrum twice, and won the prestigious award «Årets Spellemann» («Musician(s) of the year») - a prize won by Kygo the year before.
In May 2017 they returned with the single Like It Like It featuring Silentó, following on with First Kiss, and ending the summer with releasing Dance With You. Leading up to the album, they released, Make You Believe In Love, produced by RedOne, One Flight Away and Never ft. OMI. On November 17th, Marcus & Martinus released their third album, Moments.
