Quail Hollow

Quail Hollow is an independent band of five musicians from Tampa, Florida, US. The five members include Dominic Fonseca, Ashley Griffith, Douglas Jaramillo, Matthew Butler and Augustus Hoff.

Douglas and Augustus started jamming in high school when Douglas first introduced Dominic to the jam space. Realizing they needed more people, they found Nathaniel, a long-time friend of all the respective members. He learned the bass, and the original four were established.

But they were missing essential elements to their future sound. Ashley, a student at USF from Ohio, was introduced to their jams. Her powerful and distinct voice could not be overlooked. Around this time, the band had already been writing and recording a significant amount of music in their home studio at Lincoln Place.

While getting experience by playing around at open mics, they found Matthew, an excellent keyboardist and musician, to help record the album. They liked Matthew so much that he became a permanent band member.

Now, recording at home, Studio B in St. Pete, FL, and Little Wing Studios in Gainesville, FL, their producer Andrew Boullianne mixes their releases, while Augustus Hoff is their audio engineer.

Their first studio album was recorded in the summer of 2022. They would be nothing without their families and the people they love, and they appreciate everyone involved in the beautiful process of music.
