Join us June 22nd-23rd for the The San Diego Smooth Jazz Festival, presented by Rainbow Promotions. Uniting music lovers from around the world, this annual event combines the soothing sounds of smooth jazz, a variety of delicious cuisine, and an amazing atmosphere that creates an unparalleled experience. Hosted by Eric Darius, this year's artists include Boney James, Gregory Porter, Kenny Lattimore, Spyro Gyra, Pieces of a Dream, Alex Bugnon, Will Donato, Blake Aaron, Jeff Ryan, Greg Manning and more to be announced!

I try to see Alex whenever he comes to Buffalo and as usual - he brought his A game - the show was Awesome! The whole band was on point and I was pleasantly surprised to see Rishon Odell performing. This was my first time at this venue and I really enjoyed the acoustics and the up close and personal atmosphere.

Biographie de Alex Bugnon
Alex Bugnon, born on October 10 1958, is a Swiss pianist and composer. He grew up attending the Montreux Jazz Festival in his hometown of Montreux in Switzerland and he identifies this as the beginning of his passion for jazz music. He attended the Paris Conservatory of Music for two years, then moved to the U.S. and went to the Berkley School of Music whilst performing as an accompanist to gospel groups. He spent four years working as a session musician in New York, backing urban and jazz performers such as Patti Austin, Freddie Jackson, James Ingram, and Keith Sweat.
To date, he has won two Soul Train Music Awards.
