Biographie de Kubix
KUBiX is an electronic industrial act based out of the United States that creates driving music aimed at evoking the listeners deepest emotions. The songs are structured and danceable, while remaining unique and powerful.
The band was created in 2000 as a noise art project, that quickly evolved into a much more defined sound. It was at this time Trevor Williams, the bands founding member, opted to add an additional keyboardist to the band. Susan Bay joined KUBiX in 2003.
In 2004, KUBiX was signed to Statue Records, and released their debut album, "Construct". Despite numerous reviews praising this album, it received only limited distribution due to a lack of label support. Due to differences of opinion regarding CD production quality, and continued distribution disputes, KUBiX opted to part ways with Statue Records in 2005. In the meantime the band has been re-grouping, and writing new material for a second album, and is looking at re-releasing "Construct". In late 2006, Mike Gilligan joined Susan and Trevor as the newest member, adding live guitars to the mix.
