Biographie de La Paloma
La Paloma is a noise-pop band based in Madrid. At the end of 2021, La Castanya releases its debut EP, five cuts that quickly found their place among an audience with whom they shared devotion for guitars and existential unease. Songs like “Bravo Murillo” or “Palos” helped them turn from being the best kept secret in Madrid to being, simply, an open secret.
"Todavía no", released in 2023, is the confirmation that La Paloma is one of the realities of the current scene. Strengthening their noise-pop proposal, the band delved into the virtues of their first installment while exploring valuable new angles. A debut album based on the solidity of its rhythm section and the color provided by the voices of Nico and Lucas. Their compositions show an extraordinary capacity to observe the world with just the right doses of skepticism and disappointment. Even if they insist that "Todavía no" —“Not yet” in Spanish—, their time is now.
