Tickets are not transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of Festival Republic. Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by Event Organisers. Please note that any essential information regarding your order will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you enter at the time of booking – please ensure you check your junk/spam folders for your booking confirmation and any other vital information regarding your booking that we may send you between now and the event date.
