Located in Rock Lititz, Mickey's Black Box is right in the heart of the music industry. With a world class PA system, backline provided by Lititz Music Co and Tone Tailors, and an expert audio engineer, this open mic provides you an opportunity to sound your absolute best. Both acoustic acts and bands are welcome, with a hybrid schedule to provide a welcoming environment for all: 6:00 - happy hour and signup 7:00 - acoustic 9:00 - bands and jams These times are subject to change based on sign ups, but know that if you come early, you will have the opportunity to play in whatever format excites you, whether that's a solo acoustic performance, a blues jam with new friends, a showcase of your band's new song, or poem reading. Alternatively, if you don't want to perform but enjoy live music, this is also the open mic for you. You'll appreciate the great sound, full bar, and tasty food menu. We've assembled a sort of super-group of local community-minded musicians to plan and host this exciting new event. By rotating weekly, we can provide a fresh feel every time, while still maintaining a consistent experience.
