Description du concert
Hand out with us as we celebrate all of our mom's together with Smooth Jazz and great food at the Mother's Day Smooth Jazz Brunch. The Lighthouse Cafe in Hermosa Beach is wonderful historical Jazz venue in Los Angeles and we are stoked to bring our brand of Smooth Jazz and Funk to the Beach!

Biographie de Nick Gomez
Nick is a Los Angeles born, San Pedro local, Sax Player, Composer, and 8 time Emmy Nominee. After picking up the clarinet when he was 11 he just couldn’t stop. From his days attending the Berklee College of Music and after, he went on to release 5 albums over 12 years.
Out of those 5 albums, 4 songs have appeared on the radio, in films, comedy DVD’s, television, and even over the PA system at LAX. “Winter Fireflies” a song from a collaborative Holiday record released in 2014 alongside Jon Gus was recognized by Billboard as the Most Added Song on Jazz Radio in November 2014. “Happy Hour” from his second release crept up to No. 43 on the Jazz radio charts as well.
In 2008 he joined the hit band from the 1980’s Naked Eyes, (whose hits include “Always Something There to Remind Me” and “Promises Promises”) with whom he tours and performs with all over the country to this day. He’s performed with other hit bands from the 80’s including Wang Chung and Nick Heyward of Haircut 100. He's also notably recorded and performed with the Mondo Cozmo of Republic Records.
Nick has produced for other artists as well, including punk rock legend, Billy Bones (of the Skulls) in which their song garnered airplay on KROQ here in LA for most of 2016. The song, “All Night Rocker” appeared in the Punk Rock Documentary “Who is Billy Bones?” which aired on PBS in 2016 and 2017.
