You will hear Rhythm and Blues, Soul, Ska and Bluebeat, as well as Afro Cuban rhythms, delivered in the Band?s own inimitable style. Classics by the likes of Ray Charles, Ken Boothe, Booker T and the MG?s, Toots and the Maytals are mixed with original numbers to create a toe tapping musical experience, guaranteed to have you itching to dance. Many will remember Ricky Cool fronting one of Birmingham?s most popular groups, the legendary Ricky Cool and the Icebergs. Ricky has toured with Billy Connolly, shared the stage with George Harrison and played shows with Robert Plant, The Kinks and Dire Straits to name but a few. The Band members are all top class musicians with excellent pedigrees, who have worked with artists including Ruby Turner, The Beat, Gregory Isaacs, Carina Round, Linda Perry and Fine Young Cannibals.
