Biographie de Steve Moakler

The versatility of Steve Moakler’s music goes beyond his magnetic pull as an artist. The Pittsburgh native moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music in 2006. A handful of odd jobs, hundreds of shows and a thousand songs later, Moakler has sold out venues across the country and topped the iTunes® chart on multiple occasions. This year, he has been on several Artist to Watch lists such as: CMT, Huffington Post (at #3), Rolling Stone Country, Taste Of Country (at #4), TIDAL and was featured on the “Spotlight On Country 2016” playlist on Spotify® and the New Artist Spotlight in Country on iTunes®. Moakler’s career as a songwriter has seen releases by artists like Ashley Monroe, Jake Owen, Kelli Pickler, Ben Rector as well as the chart success of Dierks Bentley’s emotionally powerful title-track, “Riser.” Produced by Grammy-winning producer, Luke Laird, Moakler released his self-titled EP in March, which includes "Suitcase," his debut single. "Suitcase" is at radio now, having already garnered over 3 million streams on Spotify to date and reaching No. 3 on SiriusXM's The Highway's Hot 30 Countdown.
