Join us every Friday evening at Johnson Field, ABQ, for an all-ages, family-friendly event featuring live & recorded music, movement games, yoga & sound healing. We intend to create a safe, inviting container where kids & grown-ups alike can play & dance together, exploring the unique intelligence of our bodies & emotions, while deepening connection with ourselves & others.
