Hoy, Arctic Monkeys anuncian su regreso a la Ciudad de México. La icónica banda de Sheffield llegará al Foro Sol el viernes 6 de octubre, con el apoyo de algunos invitados especiales: Fontaines D.C. y The Backseat Lovers. OCESAfact: El concierto en solitario más grande que ha dado AM fue en el Foro Sol en 2019, frente a más de 65,000 personas. Desde 2022, Arctic Monkeys se ha embarcado en una Gira Mundial alrededor de Europa, Australia, Norteamérica, Sudamérica y Asia, incluyendo actuaciones en festivales como Lowlands, Rock En Seine, Reading & Leeds, Electric Picnic, Primavera Sound y Corona Capital, en apoyo a su séptimo álbum de estudio, The Car, el cual fue nominado al GRAMMY® por Mejor Performance Musical Alternativo (con "There’d Better Be A Mirrorball") y dos BRIT Awards por Grupo del Año y Mejor Acto de Rock/Alternativo. El disco incluye los sencillos "There’d Better Be A Mirrorball", "Body Paint" y "Sculptures Of Anything Goes".

Concert was good. Alex didn't engage too much which I thought was a little strange, but I don't remember him engaging heavily last gig I went to, so that's probably his vibe. They played most of the bangers which I highly appreciated! Venue is great -- if you're in lower bowl. Upper level is way too intense, can't really see the band because the speakers are in the way and it's so scary going up and down the stairs when people are standing in the aisles and spilling drinks all over. There are no rails to go up and down and I saw several people fall -- including my sister. No one enforces the upper level. Overall glad I went, but definitely won't go again unless I get lower bowl.

Biographie de Arctic Monkeys
Arctic Monkeys are an indie rock band from High Green, a suburb of Sheffield, England. The band's northern roots are a key element of their music, while their sound and lyrics - often social commentaries - have been compared to The Jam, Pulp and The Streets. Each of the band's first five singles I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor, When the Sun Goes Down, Leave Before the Lights Come On, Brianstorm and Fluorescent Adolescent hit the UK Top Five, with a sixth Teddy Picker going Top 20. Their debut single, I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor, and the follow up When the Sun Goes Down, went straight to number one in the UK Top 40 Singles Chart.
