Biographie de Rob Harris - Songwriter
Rob Harris is a Nashville-based Singer/Songwriter. His latest release, “Winnebago”, (Wayne Manor Records) was produced by Michael Farren (Pocket Full of Rocks) and features nine original songs.
He arranged an acoustic waltz version of the rock anthem, "Free Bird", with the ACM Award-winning country duo, Joey+Rory, which appeared on their debut CD. For two years, he played guitar for Joey Feek. He has been a staff writer for Identical Entertainment, Rescued Music and The Heard Music Group.
His songs have been recorded by The Lovelocks, Tim Hicks, Ivan Parker, Back Home, Karen Peck, Tonja Rose, Brittany Brodie and a variety of indie artists. Garth Brooks describes Rob’s song, “How to Bend” as, “…a beautiful sentiment, a timeless message and a great song.”
His music is family friendly, filled with real life and sprinkled with humor. He performs concerts throughout the US, has opened shows for Grammy® Award-winning and Dove Award-winning artists and is a frequent performer at Nashville-area songwriter venues such as Puckett’s Grocery and the world famous, Bluebird Café. Rob also has over thirty years experience leading worship at churches and events around the country.
He and his wife, Lara, have three amazing daughters, one above average dog and two cats who are four opposable thumbs away from taking over the world. He collects autographs, dunks his Oreos two at a time and is bit of a Batman "enthusiast".
“Winnebago” and is available on iTunes, other digital outlets and at robharrisonline.com
