Harry Muffs Disco’s 1 Man Show is a musical comedy that ties together his debut album through a story that is thematically based on his life. The play consists of a full story arc about a struggling disco musician who lives in his parents basement, and is rehearsing for his big comeback show after being cryogenically frozen for 37 years. This musical comedy not only explores parties at Plato’s Retreat, DUI’s, Hall & Oates, and the damn record business; but family dynamics, egocentrism, and Eckhart Tolle’s “painbody”. Harry Muff Disco’s comeback show starts to fall apart before it begins as he faces his biggest challenge yet: his inner critic!
