San Francisco Symphony

This fall, Maestro Michael Tilson Thomas (affectionately known as MTT) kicks off the first month of his 25th and final season as the San Francisco Symphony's Music Director with a blockbuster performance of Stravinsky's Symphony of Psalms, complete with chorus and guest tenor Nicholas Phan, along with two more of the Russian composer's works. An L.A. native and child prodigy, MTT actually met and worked with Igor Stravinsky in the '60s, and is one of his foremost interpreters.
