Those tender moments of cathartic house euphoria are what Sara Miller strives for, as the Irish-born DJ and producer conducts blissful trajectories through the then and now from her adopted home of Berlin.

Her artistry both behind the decks and in the studio is gleefully inspired by Berlin’s distinct hedonism, indulging the city’s timeless dancefloor energy to enact glorious ecstasy upon ravers. Astral melodies, rubbery basslines and soaring breaks embrace under Sara’s inherent exuberance, an experiential wonder that has seen her remain a constant presence in such Berlin clubbing institutions as :://About Blank, ELSE and Watergate, as well as regular appearances in her hometown of Dublin and across Europe. Celebrated mixes for HÖR, Oye Records, Tiger Tapes and Permanent Vacation also further her cause.

Sara’s Naive Melodies party series, founded in 2012 at the influential Kreuzberg club Kleine Reise, provided the groundwork for her ascent. These parties, along with regular appearances at the legendary Renate, allowed her ample headroom to hone her craft. A typical night would see Sara indulge in genre-bending selections that ran the gauntlet of progressive house, italo, acid, disco, deep house and lots in between. She also qualified to become an audio engineer, which saw her respected practice inspire her turn to studio work.

“Lunar Theory”, released this year on Permanent Vacation, marked Sara’s highly anticipated first solo EP following her debut production “Orange Sea” released on the label in 2021. Tapping into Sara’s vast musical knowledge in 4 dynamic house variations, “Lunar Theory” highlights her vibrant world within the celestial dance. Each track bounces along with purposeful energy while embracing lush harmonics, plush pads and bubbling acid tones along its way.
