JASON DIDNER AND THE JUNGLE GYM JAM
for Kids and Families who Love to Rock

Jungle Gym Jam live shows and records are all about creating memorable family moments and helping kids live in the moment with their grown-ups.

“Jersey Jason” and “Awesome Amy,” founders of the group, write songs about their own special family memories and make them universal. They perform with a full rock band in situations of larger audience and wider age ranges like at the Bronx Zoo or Jones Beach Band Shell. They play as an acoustic duo in more intimate settings and a younger audience, at libraries, museums, pre-schools and birthday parties. Their precocious daughter “Hoppin’ Holly” is known to steal the show when she joins them on stage with her pink guitar or wireless mic.

To create special moments in the live shows the group blends spectacular custom-made puppets, witty sketches and interactive dialogue in with the set list of songs, so families go home remembering what they saw as well as what they heard. Songs like “Five Sea Lions,” “Mimi the Ladybug,” “Jersey Dinosaurs” and Peek-a-boo Moon are enhanced with charming visual elements.

The Jungle Gym Jam’s debut album "Everyone's Invited," won the Parents' Choice Approved Seal and became a CD Baby Editor's Pick after it peaked at #2 on the online record store's Children's Music chart. Their follow-up album celebrates the wonderful moments of a family trip to the beach. "Lollipop Motel," released last summer, created the occasion to perform at beach-side locations throughout the mid-Atlantic states, like The Stone Pony in Asbury Park and the Coney Island boardwalk.

Jason also hosts a podcast called "Make Kindie Happen," which offers interviews with children's entertainers and industry professionals with the goal of helping children's musicians raise their game creatively and professionally.
