Cairns it’s our time, and we are going to bring it! \nWith international acts, Australia’s best bands, and an extremely talented collective of local artist, we bring to you a mixed genre of Techno, House, Punk, Hip Hop, Electronica, Funk and Dub to name a few. \nThis is supported with a mind blowing stage production, exotic creatures, dancers, circus performers, drummers, lighting shows, tribal performances, and a sound systems second to none. \nCairns it is showtime and on July 7th 2018 Reef Beat is about to put us firmly on the map as Queensland’s premier day music festival.​\nThe event is licensed and strictly 18+. ID will be checked on the gate. The event is licensed to provide alcohol.\nWhat can't I bring into the event?\nEntrants may not bring in alcohol, illegal drugs and controlled substances, weapons or other items deemed dangerous by The Organiser to the event\nWhat's the refund policy?\nNo Refunds\nOn the Event Day Info\n1.) Gates open at 12pm - come, be present & pay your respects to the traditional owners of the land during Welcome to Country with respected Indigenous community members followed by a performance by the Minjil Yidinji Dancers.\n(AND the first 100 people to buy a drink at the bar - get a Salmonella Dub CD!!!!)\n2.) Bring an empty Refillable Water Bottle. We are not selling any single use plastic water bottles at the event. Instead we have water fountains onsite for you to refill your own bottle.\n3.) Bring Your ID and your online ticket on the phone or printed. NOTE: This is a STRICTLY 18 and Over event. \n4.) There are No Passouts\n5.) No BYO Alcohol - we have 2 bars stocked with yummy options including Pimms!\n6.) Please smoke only in the designated smoking area. This will be between the back of Fred Moule and Clam Shack. \n7.) ATMs are available and there is EFTPOS on the gate.\n8.) There is no parking on the Showgrounds site - there are dedicated Uber and Taxi drop off areas on Mulgrave Rd near the event entrance.\n9.) Set Times - there will be large printed set time posters next to the Clam Shack and Main Stages - feel free to take a photo for your reference. We are not doing printed programs and are not publicising these set times ahead of the event.\n10.) Dress Up Reef Style - whatever that means to you! \n11.)
