Description du concert
This year's Women of Song event will feature eight women from the local music scene. Performers were chosen because of their impressive backgrounds, amazing talent and how they have inspired others with song. This is one of the many events that Light of Day Winterfest 2019 has included. Light of Day brings awareness to and raises funds to fight an cure Parkinsons Disease and other neurologic degenerative diseases and disorders. Biographie de STRUMBERRY PIE
Strumberry Pie is an acoustic duo made up of Laura Catalina Johnson and Deedee Montanaro both on vocals and guitar. We frequently morph into a trio or quartet (electric guitar and drums) and into a full electric band as the mood strikes us. :) Performing covers and originals, we can be found at the Jersey Shore and NYC in venues large and small and playing private parties of all sizes. We play an eclectic mix of rock n Roll, country, blues, folk, pop...you name it, we play it, and we have a damn good time doing it.
