Phil Hamilton

Texas born and bred singer-songwriter and recording artist Hamilton has had four #1 singles on the Texas Radio Chart and appeared on THE TEXAS MUSIC SCENE TV a dozen times with Ray Benson and Jack Ingram. He's been heard on THE RANCH, THE RANGE, KOKE-FM, SHOOTER FM. A fixture on the Texas / Red Dirt music scene for almost two decades, he came up in DFW, honing his chops on the cobblestone bricks of the Fort Worth Stockyards.

As founder of notable Texas festivals PHILTHY ON THE FRIO, PHILTHY ON THE BRAZOS, PALUXY RIVER JAM, and more recently, UNDER A MOUNTAIN SKY in Ruidoso, New Mexico, Hamilton has performed with many of the now popular YELLOWSTONE-era artists.

Phil has shared the stage with Cody Jinks, Koe Wetzel, Turnpike Troubadours, Whiskey Myers, Dean Dillon, Clint Black, Gary Allan, The Bellamy Brothers, Randy Rogers, Bart Crow, The Wilder Blue, Blake Burrow, Wade Bowen, Joey Green, Rodney Parker, Stoney LaRue, The Great Divide, Mike Ryan, Cody Canada, Grainger Smith, Kris Kristofferson and Kevin Costner, among others.

2024 Hamilton released his 6 song acoustic EP 'RUIDOSO SESSIONS VOL 1' recorded at Montrose Studios in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

2025 Hamilton returns to an electric sound, with new singles like "Coyotes And Trains" "Guys Like Me", "The Road" and "Old Man's Farm" produced by Bart Rose at Fort Worth Sound.

2026 Hamilton rolls out a new band featuring Tyler Wilkerson on guitar, Trevor Wilkerson on drums and Colin Maloney on bass.
