The Playing With Fire music festival was great but Aynsley Lister and his band were by far the best part of the weekend. They played a great set with with an amazing version of Purple Rain. I will be making it a point to follow and support this great Band. 5 Stars are not enough.

Great gig. Refreshing to not have a support act - straight into a fantastic set covering all of Aynsley's output - good sound, very comfortable Venue - hope Aynsley and his band will come again! Highly recommended. Love the LP (Everything I need) I picked up - great to meet the band after the gig.

Awesome performance and show with great sound. Nice, intimate venue too. I'd seen Aynsley here a few times before in the late '90s and early '00s, so not for 20 years apparently. How time flies! But he's better than ever. A range of songs from across his career played. Seating was in the cabaret table format, but nonetheless the audience was appreciative and vocal, and gave the band a standing ovation pre and post encore. A good night. I bekive sold out, or very nearly. Tasty beers from St Ives Brewery too.

I go to The Waterloo with my mates quite often, love the venue and the atmosphere and the recent improvements have just added to an already great place. We saw the band here about a year ago and were very impressed. This time they were even better, stunning in fact, the most powerful and dynamic three piece I have seen for years. The Drummer and bassist ( Boneto Dryden and Steve Amadeo ? ) were fabulous, amazing. Aynsley himself was superb, unsurpassed guitarist, great singer, and a great host and front man. The band reminded me of The Allman Brothers, Little Feat and The Sons of Champlin. Will definitely see them next time they are around.

Finally got to see Aynsley for the first time, definitely not the last. Really enjoyed the gig, Aynsley manages to make it look so effortless but his guitar playing & vocals are fantastic. The three of them Aynsley, Craig & Johno clearly have a great relationship & work so well together. Thanks guys, you were great.

The venue is small and unique,it holds a good atmosphere and keeps everyone rocking 👍 As for Aynsley lister he was on fire 🔥 it's one of the best gig's we've seen him play,we look forward to seeing him return soon thank you all!!!

Eine gelungene Mischung aus gutem Blues und Rock. Exzellente Livemusik von einer sehr sympathischen Band. Ich freue mich auf das neue Album und komme gerne wieder.

I’ve seen Aynsley only on six occasions & it’s been great, but I have to say he’s gig with his band at the musician was absolutely outstanding. If no one has caught one of his show’s I strongly recommend if he’s ever near you go & see him.

Aynsley is a brilliant musician & his band sounded really tight together. Love the new album too , really love his sound.

Fantastic gig, Aynsley was solo this evening, without his band. The performance was amazing, guitar work faultless and what a voice. Cant wait to see him in Southampton with the full band in September!

Tolles Konzert in toller Location. Dichter kann man den Musiker nicht sein. Die Soundanlage war vor Ort richtig toll. Herz was willst Du mehr.

Aynsley was brilliant as usual, but audience were a little reserved compared to last time ! I Still enjoyed the gig though and will catch up with this talented guy next time hes on Bristol!!

This was the first time id seen /heard Ansley, and i amazed! Such a talent brilliant guitarist and silky clear vocals . He had a great band around him and an amazing keyboardist . There was no support(which i actually like) and he played s long set with s break in the middle . Im a new fan!

Everything implied on the packaging, good wholesome blues! A much more enjoyable experience than a month ago at Blakeney Harbour Rooms! If you like blues, you'll like Aynsley!...
