A little serendipity mixed with an abundance of talent has played a profoundly significant role in the rapid rise of Canada’s, ME AND MAE! Shawn Meehan, Adam Reid, Ben Parker, Caitlin Canning and Frank Baker, together under the moniker ME AND MAE, have forged a reputation as the band to watch on the Canadian country music scene. The single, “Love Me Leave Me Lonely,” which Meehan co-wrote with Carly Rae Jepsen, opened the barn doors for the band and they haven’t closed since. The release of the debut album Off The Rails (Cordova Bay Records) on May 13th, 2014 was quickly followed by a Nashville tour and a nomination for Top Country Best New Artist (2014) and winning the BC Country Music Awards - Ray McAuley Horizon Award (2014). “Their vocal excitement and harmonies are top notch and they can deliver it live as well.
