Codiak

Hailing from the pine-covered streets of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and now rooted under the desert sun of Lake Havasu, Arizona, this indie/alternative hip-hop artist carves his own lane between raw emotion and gritty reflection. His sound—equal parts confessional and cinematic—was born from the rhythm of skate wheels on pavement and the influence of underground legends like Andre Nickatina.

What started as a way to vent turned into a voice for pain, resilience, and truth. His music dives deep into addiction, loss, and trauma, blending poetic storytelling with hypnotic beats that echo both the chaos and calm of survival. Every track is a glimpse into the battle between freedom and restraint, hope and heartbreak—a portrait of a life lived on the edge but never out of reach.

This is hip-hop with scars. Honest. Unfiltered. Unafraid.
