Blown away by these guys. I was late to the party having only stumbled upon these guys in Oct '24, I could easily have missed their show but stoked I made it. Of the three bands to play BRHG, Pain and Halo Effect, BRHG were miles ahead of the rest, intensity, quality, material all gold.

Bloodred Hourglass – Warsaw, Progresja (09.02.2025) Last night at Progresja, I had the pleasure of discovering Bloodred Hourglass, and let me tell you, they blew me away. This Finnish melodic death metal band brought an intensity and passion to the stage that was impossible to ignore. Despite not knowing their music before, I was instantly captivated by their raw energy and expertly crafted sound. With fast, aggressive riffs, powerful growls, and melodic undertones, they instantly made their mark. The crowd was absolutely hooked, and it was clear that Bloodred Hourglass has a dedicated following that knows how to show love. The band's tight performance and their ability to mix technicality with emotion made every song hit hard. It’s safe to say, this is a band I’ll be keeping an eye on from now on. If you’re into powerful, melodic death metal, don’t sleep on Bloodred Hourglass—they’ll leave a lasting impression.

Good show with an amazing band whose members are technically up front. A bit too short, though.

The show was amazing. Good mix of all their albums. Unfortunately, there were ~4 fucking imbeciles who took up half the room for their "mosh pit" which was just them violently shoving each other outside of the pit regardless of the song that was playing.
