What a beautiful, yet bittersweet night. The first set was spellbinding. Between the incredible visuals and the improvisation of CB’s latest record, “End of the Day” and the second completely solo set with just Courtney, her voice and her Kurt Cobain signature edition Fender Jaguar really showed us who were lucky enough to bear witness to these special handful of shows the true craftswomanship Courtney conjures up whenever she writes those songs that have become so engrained in us over the past decade or so. I have been lucky enough to watch her grow from the “girl guitarist” in The Immigrant Union to the artist she’s become that’s beloved all around the world. As she left the stage for the last time, one couldn’t help but get a tightness in the throat because those in the know, knew that this was her last true home based show. Milk! Records has closed. And Courtney has now moved to the USA(nus) - fuck knows why? I hope she realises that the grass is most definitely not greener - especially over there. The sadness grew heavier in the air as the last song was coming to its finale not only for us lovers of Courtney, but with Courtney herself. She went from doing truncated versions of her work to dragging them out towards the close of the set with Courtney not only telling us how much she loved us all, as much as she could, but also prolonging the songs whilst taking in her final home audience and staring at the ceiling as she strummed out the final chords of “Oh The Night” before finishing, giving us all a wave and disappearing into the black. Oh the night indeed. 🖤💔💙

Courtney Barnett was amazing ! best concert I've been to yet. She played a great mix of new and old music and i enjoyed every song. She used the space well and it was overall a perfect show. She played with Lucy Dacus who I am also a fan of. At the end of the show, i got courtneys guitar pick !!

Closest gig to seeing Nirvana. Her sound, movements, her roadworn screams - even her equipment.. all Cobain signature model guitars.. we stood there jaws agape at her playing and also at the sheer volume and use of feedback and absolutely ear splitting distortion. I heard a few people were a little put off of these rearrangements, expecting the nice jangle pop of her brilliant body of work, however, that night we witnessed something very special. Courtney took to the stage like a woman possessed and wrung the necks of her guitars and screamed absolute mur der that night. Now, I’ve seen Courtney play quite a few times - before and since, and never has she done a show like she did that night at the Enmore. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 💙

My seventh Courtney show and this was one epic. Her songwriting has always been amazing and her delivery paired with her grinding riffs filled the Hall with energy rarely seen. The lads on drums and bass are quick, tight and complement Courtney as she blasts through every song. The place was hoppin'! While I was impressed with Shamir who opened this show, sadly I do not believe she is properly matched with her band. She needs better musicians around her. Sadly, her sound was not ideal which is often the case with a supporting act.

Great performance! Lots of energy, crowd was into it - should have been the headliner instead of Japanese Breakfast but whatever, she killed it. Seen her twice before and only negative this time was her current album isn’t quite up to the level of past two (but that’s a pretty high bar). Too bad it was 16+, our 10 yr old would have loved it.

Great show. My only complaint was that CB only played a 43 minute set (as the headliner for her own festival). Feels like she was dealing with some strict venue curfew or something. She let the other bands play full sets and took the time hit by wrapping at 10pm sharp. If that's the case, I've lost respect for Frost Amphitheater. Julia Jacklin, Courtney Barnett and the others played great though. It was fun to watch Courtney on the side of the stage supporting Julia's first show of the tour (with a new band). I catch Courtney Barnett everytime she plays the bay area, and can't wait for them to return.

First time seeing Courtney in 6 years and she and the band KILLED it! Rock energy was so good even though the majority of people there were there for Lucy Dacus probably. I thought the setlist was a really good mix of old and new stuff and was super pleased she didn't play only the new album stuff and mixed up slower songs with high energy rock solos and fast paced songs.

Amazing!! Seriously, one of the best concerts I've ever been too. Had such a great time. She blew me away. I'm a big fan and this was the first time I saw her live. I'll never forget it. One of my favorite concert experiences.

Absolutely amazing 🙌🏻 Drove all the way from ct was definitely worth it, then after the show I walked the opposite way to my hotel then realized a couple minutes later so we walk the opposite way BOOM Courtney Barnett!

This woman is a joy to watch. I saw her years ago when she was new to the music scene, she is humble, honest and her crowd interaction makes you feel a part of the show. Several albums later, she is still highly recommended in my opinion. Thank you Courtney Barnett.

Great show. The opening band, sunflower bean, was excellent. And Courtney and her minimalist band rocked. Nice to see a show in daylight. I was very impressed by how aware and interactive Courtney is with her audience. She’s observant, sweet, and humble. Excellent experience.

I’ve been to hundreds of venues and this one ALWAYS has the best sound mix - phenomenal engineering job. Courtney really rocked the place and I absolutely recommend anyone to go and see her. Laura Jean is a really eccentric character in contrast to her powerfully relaxing music. All in all, brilliant night!

Show was amazing! Tom Morello joined Sleigh Bells on stage at one point and both SB and Tom Morello had sick sets. Sunflower Bean opened and were amazing as always. Alice Merton was also really good. Of course closing it out, Courtney Barnett was amazing and played all my favs.

I’ve seen CB quite a few times and the 2 most memorable shows were at the Riviera. Last night was no exception. The venue brings out the best from Courtney and her band. Terrific!

Courtney Barnett was unleashed last night. She whaled out all of her best tunes like she was set to kill. Such a great show. Waxahatchee was also wonderful, as were Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks (probably be the closest I’ll ever get to seeing Pavement live) who brought surprise special guest Kim Gordon with them (probably the closest I’ll ever get to seeing Sonic Youth live). 3 solid hours of great music. Thanks, guys.

It wa great to see her. Awesome performance. She has progressed so much in her artistic career. She has switched her style from alternative to heavier rock. The concert obviously focused on her latest album. We were expecting to hear more of her first album which was the best. A little disappointed that she didn't do lance jr.

What a great concert! Third time I have seen Courtney Barnett here in Berlin. Concert of the year so far! Loved the new album played live (and the other songs as well). High energy on stage and in the audience. Left very happy and this is how I feel even now, after nearly 24 hours 😊

You know what you are getting when going to this show. Courtney is a guitar goddess and live performances don't disappoint. She met with fans before the doors open which is really cool. Bully was a nice surprise and was really enjoyable. If you ever have the time to see CB3 live. Do it. Simple as that.

Courtney and the band sound great live!! Nice powerful sound for a trio. only complaints are that her fans don't know it's ok to rock out and mosh at her concert! everyone just stands their politely. that's a turn off . other thing is she needs to loosen up and be more comfortable she doesn't know how to relate to a audience, she's awkward which is cute but she doesn't know how to do stage banter yet. but musically awesome!
