CHNNLS

From Southern, CA, emerges CHNNLS, an indie alt rock gem on the rise. With Matt Warren's vocals, Nicky Neighbors on keys, Cameron Pearson on bass, Matthew Fosmire on drums ("Foz"), and David Silveria on guitar. CHNNLS builds its sound around contrast: sharp, lush, and dissonant guitars collide with filthy, heavily distorted bass, while drums pull from the feel and groove of '90s hip-hop. Before CHNNS, the five members spent years playing together under a different name, including touring Europe in support of an established pop act and building an audience overseas. Returning home from that tour marked a turning point. A new name, new sound, and a clearer idea of the music they want to make. That reset became CHNNLS.
