Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Springfield, MA where he formed Maspyke with his cousin Roddy Rod and close family friend Hanif Jamiyl. In the early 1990s they were signed to production deal with Head Up/Elektra that led to work with Doug E. Fresh and the Aight!
