VIM FUROR is a rock duo from Los Angeles, California. Their sound is a bilingual mix of classic, alternative, stoner, psychedelic, metal and latin rock. Formed in 2010 as Son Locuaz and renamed as VIM FUROR in 2012, the band has released 3 EP and one LP albums. Through many line up changes, the band settled into the duo formation in 2015 with founder Roman Lopez on drums and German Briseño on guitar/bass and vocals. Audiences are often surprised by the fullness of the sound the two achieve thanks to Briseño’s simultaneous use of bass and guitar amplifiers, octave and harmonizer pedals, and looping.
