A propos de The Reggie Sullivan Band
Reggie Sullivan received his Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Studies from the University of South Carolina in 2006 and has since become one of the most-requested musicians in Columbia, SC. He has performed with musical legends such as Marian McPartland, Olivia Newton-John, Wycliffe Gordon, Herlin Riley, Chris Potter, Yuseef Latif, Ron McCurdy, Howard Hewitt, Randy Crawford, Joe Sample, and the Jazz Crusaders. Reggie has appeared in several local ETV broadcasts and national television series, most recently as a band member for Wynona Judd. He has also toured internationally with well-recognized jazz artists and legends. You can find him working worldwide as a freelance bassist or regionally with the Reggie Sullivan Project. Reggie currently lives in Columbia, SC.
Zach Bingham began playing guitar at the age of 6 after hearing an Elvis Presley record. After years of learning rock and roll he began studying jazz during his freshman year of high school. After relocating to Columbia in 2005 he vowed to devote himself entirely to the guitar, learning everything from Bach to hardcore bebop. He has worked as a sideman for a long list of Columbia musicians as well as leading a few of his own groups in styles ranging from rock to jazz and everything in between. He counts Adam Rogers, Scott Henderson and Carl Verheyen among his many influences.
Brendan Bull is a native of Chapin, South Carolina. He grew up in a musically diverse family and got his start listening to his father's collection of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Allman Brothers records. He started private percussion studies with the principle percussionist of the SC Philharmonic at the age of 10, and his love for drums and percussion grew from there. He went on to study Jazz and Classical percussion at the University of South Carolina and over the years has become one of the first call drummers on the SC music scene. He has shared the bandstand with such jazz luminaries as guitarist Mike Stern, Jimmy Bruno, Ben Williams, Bryan Anthony, and Matt Lemmler, just to name a few. He has also played in numerous festivals around the region, most recently opening up for the band Parliment Funkadelic at Columbia's Famously Hot New Years Bash. Brendan also thrives in the local music scene of his current residence of Columbia, South Carolina, playing with a host of different bands and local musicians. He prides himself on his musicality, groove, and good positive energy!
