I'm from #JeRz , and of course I never really been inside the city , city of
NEW YORK , leave early get there and ALMOST MISSED THE SHOW, 11 o'clock at night bumper-to-bumper,
TRAFFIC , never really seen any traffic like that traffic THE TAXI DRIVER DIDN'T KNOW WHERE WE WAS GOING, MISSED the MEET-and-GREET , THE ONLY PERSON, I WOULD LIKE TO MEET and MISSED IT.... I KNOW EVERYONE SAYS THIS BUT #BANKS , IS REALLY MY FAVORITE RAPPER, I KNOW DAMN NEAR , SONGS THAT PEOPLE NEVER HEARD BEFORE.... I CAN'T BELIEVE I MISSED THE MEET-and-GREET , and one the way back to my whip , another taxi DRIVER couldn't get me back to my whip , and walked all over N.Y. and I AM STILL MORE PISSED OFF I MISSED THE MEET-AND-GREET.... #REALNUMBERONE #BANKS FAN ....

Banks is another top 5 emcee alive. Maybe the most impressive considering G Unit had their shine on top of the game. Did Banks settle, no, he became the PLK, dishing out sharper bars for free with mixtape after mixtape, all worthy of albums. Banks and Curren$y are the two rappers most committed to their craft, each with a unique flow and the most consistent lyrical content and production in the game. Seeing Banks solo was a checkmark off life’s bucket list and I haven’t turned 30.

A propos de Lloyd Banks
Lloyd Banks was born Christopher Lloyd in Baltimore, Maryland and was raised in the South Jamaica section of the Queens borough of New York City, New York. His mother is Puerto Rican and his father was African-American. His parents were young and never married. His father spent most of Banks' childhood in prison because of his status as a repeat offender "squeegie guy". This left Banks' mother to raise Banks and his siblings alone. Young Christopher Lloyd had the responsibility of taking care of his younger brothers when his mother went out. Like many kids around him, Banks felt trapped in the cycle of poverty and violence, and found his haven in words.
