A propos de Chaos in Question

Chaos in Question is Fargo’s most well-known and beloved heavy metal-rock band. The members from the Fargo-Moorhead area came together after Aaron Dorval and Chris Volesky spent months on low-key jam sessions together. A magical thing happened when their first song Balance was wrote through their time spent together; it was then they knew they had a premise for a great band. Mixing musical influences such as Metallica and Slayer with newer bands like Staind and Killswitch Engage, the guys had a kick ass melting pot of rock, metal, and a distinctive style all their own. The musical riffs, profound and resilient lyrics, and lead singer’s voice has this band going places far and beyond the city limits of Fargo, North Dakota. On the strong and effortless vocals they have Jeff Lee, who killed his first audition with the guys after several weeks of grueling try-outs for a new lead singer. Slaying guitar are founding members Aaron Dorval and Chris Volesky. Knocking out drums throughout their album and live shows is Evan Kraig accompanied by the fantastic sounds of bass played by Stu Magnusson. Tracks such as their first single Balance (a crowd favorite) and Seven Steps (a seemingly perfect radio hit) are featured on their newly released album, “Seven Steps”. The high energy and mixture of influences leaves this album ‘seven steps’ above their competition. With a special appearance opening for national act Buckcherry, CiQ is seemingly unstoppable. An insightful outlook on what the metal-rock world is missing gives Chaos in Question an edge that is leading them straight out of Fargo and into the world of music’s limelight.
