Brady Winterstein Trio Le groupe qui enchante le public par le biais de la musique et le style du jazz manouche. La formation est composée de 3 musiciens qui interprètent la musique de Django Reinhardt Basé dans l’Est de la France, le trio écume les festivals, les concerts et les salles de spectacle sur toute la France, en passant par le Festival de Django Reinhardt à Samois sur Seine, le Festival de Vienne, les Nuits Musicales d’Uzes, le Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival… Hono Winterstein accompagne Bireli Lagrène sur de nombreuses scènes internationales et ainsi que dans de très nombreux albums. On retrouve Brady Winterstein comme invité sur deux albums. Le premier avec Dorado Schmitt Family et le deuxième sur la compilation Hommage à Django chez Dreyfus Jazz Les musiciens: Brady Winterstein : guitare soliste Brady Winterstein est tombé dans la marmite de Django à l’âge de 11 ans. Il est issu de cette tradition familiale ancestrale qui permet à la musique de se transmettre de génération en génération. Il débute la guitare à l’âge de 11 ans et arrive très vite à maturité. On le trouve déjà comme invité sur deux albums : le premier avec Dorado Schmitt Familly, et le deuxième sur la compilation Génération Django chez Dreyfus Jazz. Ce très jeune (17 ans en 2011) et déjà très talentueux guitariste, tient la place de soliste au sein du Trio. Hono Winterstein : guitare rythmique Un incontournable du style. On le voit derrière les plus grands. Accompagnateur et fidèle de Biréli Lagrène pendant 8 ans il jouera sur les plus grandes scènes de France (Olympia, Zénith) et dans le monde entier (USA, Japon), il suivra également Dorado Schmitt, Tchavolo Schmitt mais aussi la jeune génération avec Samson Schmitt. On dit de lui qu’il est l’empereur de la pompe sans faille, un guitariste capable de remettre au swing un vieux métronome qui déraille… De nombreux solistes leaders font appels à lui en qualité d’accompagnateur. Xavier Niqk : contrebasse Xavier Niqk commence la basse à 14 ans et joue dans de nombreux groupes de rock, death metal…Il entre au Music Academy International en cursus de basse électrique, prends goût à la contrebasse deux mois avant le diplôme et décide de le passer ainsi. Il sort diplômé avec mention. Il rencontre Popots Winterstein, puis rejoint le Gallo Weiss Quartet et forme par la suite le Gypsy Quintet avec Popots Winterstein, Gaston Michel, Timbo Merhstein, Samson Schmitt. Xavier joue avec Dorado Schmitt (Italie, Shangaï, Allemagne...) , Marcel Loeffler, Mandino Reinhardt…et le Trio Brady Winterstein.
