Matt Morgan is a singer/songwriter from Texas with a unique Southern folk sound. With influences ranging from Jim Croce to Dave Grohl, he took to the road in 2009. Writing along the way, Matt made his way from Austin, TX to a small room in a crowded house in Los Angeles where he would finish writing and recording his debut album "Gypsy Heartbreak" with the help of legendary producer John Ryan (of Allman Brothers fame). Set to release in March 2015, the album covers a wide range of sounds from folk and country to blues and R&B. Fans readily identify with his songs of the everyday man overcoming adversity and facing the world as a half-ass adult.
