Pete Tha Zouk
Portuguese, born in 1978, PETE THA ZOUK has started Djing around 1993/1994 (was 15 years old then). Now with an age of 28 is a freelancer already for 7 years Djing all across Portugal and the World.
Has been resident in one of the most well known clubs for dance music: LOCOMIA CLUB in Portugal (St. Eulália Beach - Algarve) since 1999 till end of 2001.
Producer along with DJ VIBE for the single that came out on LOW PRESSINGS recordings “SOLID TEXTURES” and remixer for the hit track “IBERICAN SOUND” from CHUS & CEBALLOS coming out on STEREO PRODUCTIONS, this young talent is the producer has well of the hit singles from the past years: "THE FIRST TRIBAL FEELING" , "KASHMIRA”, that were his first records which came out on MAGNA RECORDINGS and also “SHINE ON” on this same label.
Doing some remixes (Michael Buch – Playground included by DJ Vibe on his well known compilation GLOBALGROOVES, CHUS & PENN – BAILA, ...) getting strong on the dance scene internationally; known and recognized in most of the Major Music Magazines and Clubs around the world, getting his singles and remixes charted by many TOP WORLD DJs and also getting very good reactions and critics of his works has a PRODUCER and has a DJ.


Pete Tha Zouk’s Calendar:
In 2000 PETE THA ZOUK participated on the event ROLAND EUROPE GROOVE CONTEST being runner up. Since then he has been working along with ROLAND for WORKSHOPS of on Dance Music Gear;
In 2003 got the AWARD by DANCECLUB Magazine for Breakthrough DJ 2002;
In 2004, gets two DANCECLUB AWARDS, one for NATIONAL PRODUCER in 2003 and another for NATIONAL HIT SINGLE 2003;
Recently got the AWARD by PORTUGAL NIGHT Magazine for NATIONAL DJ of the year 2005.
Actually sponsored by PIONEER in Portugal and doing a Tour all around Portugal and, during the last 3 years has been working along with the international brand BACARDI for more then a hundred events of the BAT BEATS TOUR and the B-LIVE TOUR…. With his entry into WDB Management, 2007 promises to be an amazing year to DJ/Producer Pete Tha Zouk.
