Modern Appalachia Records is pleased to announce Sarah Siskind's new album, Simplify, will release on April 18, 2025. With all the noise of the world, the simplicity of a great song performed in its purest form is a needed tonic for everyone right now. The album's title track serves as a thematic centerpiece and reflects on the search for ongoing balance between career, motherhood, and personal life. Siskind muses, "How do we simplify our life? How do we simplify our love? How do we simplify, make it right with a lot less running."

After five years of profound personal and creative growth, Siskind openly shares her journey with an emotional, unfiltered collection that highlights the purity and beauty of an acoustic guitar paired with an honest voice. With all the noise of social media, politics, and world struggle, the simplicity of a great song is a needed tonic for everyone right now.

Siskind kicks off her Simplify Album Release Tour with an opening set for Bonnie Raitt on April 23rd at Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in Asheville, NC. She also celebrates Alison Krauss’ release of her song “One Ray of Shine” on March 28, 2025.
