DJing and producing electronic music since he was just 13, Fourthstate is renowned in his home town of Canberra, Australia for playing an eclectic blend of Progressive tunes. Be it Techno, Tech-House, Nu-Skool & Prog Breaks, Tech-Funk, House, Minimal, Bass Music, Autonomic, Dub or deeper sounds with subtly arranged acapellas, dj tools, loops & creative FX.

Fourthstate’s name has appeared on the bill alongside a plethora of international heavy weights such as Hernan Cattaneo (Argentina), Nick Warren (UK), Danny Howells (UK), James Zabiela (UK), Guy J (Israel), Anthony Pappa (UK), Hybrid (UK), Stanton Warriors (UK), Darren Emerson (UK), Luke Chable, Oliver Huntermann (Germany), Phil Kieran (UK), The Plump Djs (UK), Lee Coombs (UK), Nic Fanciulli (UK), Phil K, Martin Eyerer (Germany), Justin Martin (USA), Jamie Stevens (Infusion), Wiley (UK) Break & Fierce (UK) and too many more to name.

Fourthstate has also played at many of Canberra’s festivals including Foreshore, Warehouse, Stonefest, All Our Friends, Dragon Dreaming, and has even smashed it out in the Cave at Sydney's Chinese Laundry on a few occasions.

As a side project, particularly at Drum & Bass / Dubstep parties, you will hear a swathe of both bass heavy and intelligent Bass Music, Autonomic, Dubstep and Tech-Step sounds.

Production wise; Fourthstate’s original tracks and remixes have seen international release through Pineapple Digital, Elliptical Sun Recordings, Stigma Recordings, Hypnotic Room Records, BamBam Muzik & EDM Digital, and have received recognition from artists such as Anthony Pappa (UK), Jayson Butera (USA), Kasey Taylor, Phil K, Eve Falcon (USA), Trukers (ESP) & The Aston Shuffle.
