Set Your Sights

Having celebrated their ten year anniversary in April 2024 Set Your Sights have “a solid and well established reputation as a melodic and well rounded band with an infectious and upbeat sound. Their special mix of energetic pop punk, modern alternative rock with shades of emo and frenetic rock n’ roll is a winning combination in anyone’s musical language.” - Accidental Music Reviewer

The Teesside pop punk band have toured the country and boast decades of experience, consisting of founding member Alex and long-time guitarist Roy, both fixtures of Middlesbrough’s music scene since the early 2000s. Bassist Jamie, joined in July 2024, bringing a new dynamic that the band openly call their best work yet, embodying "the sound of an era when riffs stuck, lyrics mattered, and bands felt like part of your identity.” - Moo Music Magazine. Newest recruit drummer, Kelvin completed the current line-up when he joined in March 2026.

For fans of blink-182, Sum 41 and New Found Glory their new album “Pieces of Me” is “an instant throwback but one that carries enough freshness to show the band isn’t just living in the past. The album wears its heart on its sleeve, channeling the same scrappy charm that made the early 2000s wave of pop-punk so irresistible. The band knows how to craft openings that hook immediately, and when they lock in, the energy is undeniable.” - Echo Rebel
