A propos de Sound Advice

See http://www.wantsomeadvice.com

Sound Advice is a collaboration between new York based DJ's Elsewhere and K.Ross (a.k.a. Teenwolf of Ninjasonik). The group started working together in 2005, throwing dance parties in Brooklyn. In 2006 they released their first mix cd, Play Anything. Shortly after that they also released a mash-up album titled Gnarls Biggie which spoofed the Gnarls Barkley album that was also released around the same time. Gnarls Biggie went on to be featured in many magazines like SPIN and Rolling Stone.

In 2007, they released a few more mixes, including Flannel Crunk and More Flannel. Both focused on remixing 90's pop and grunge music.

Sound Advice still regularly throw dance parties in Brooklyn and Manhattan and occasionally even venture out to other parts of the planet to perform their eclectic DJ sets that mix countless numbers of genres. You can catch them on myspace at http://www.myspace.com/wantsomeadvice
