Her instrument of choice is the piano, live she sometimes plays the guitar. Originally, she was on her way to becoming a jazz pianist. You can hear this in her songs: the Swiss singer-songwriter with South African roots combines alternative pop with jazz and folk.
With her successfully crowdfunded debut album "Go", she celebrates the courageous departure - and all the fears, contradictions and absurdities that come with it.
