Could have been (much) better - 1. There was no information posted on where to go after reaching GRB venue 2. No proper arrangement to manage the crowd to collect tickets - people were gathering around the counters jumping queues. People behind the desk were looking clueless 3. No arrangement for water coolers - if you did not get your own water, you are on your own 4. No arrangement for snacks 5. Started 30 mins late at 9 Pm. No apologies, no reason ...no one even came on the performance stage until that time to inform us when the show will start 6. The song selection could have been better
