edbl
Producer, beat-maker and multi-instrumentalist edbl (Ed Black) is one of the UK’s most prolific collaborators, having independently released original tracks with over 100 different artists, spotlighting the most exciting up-and-coming UK artists in the scene.
His free-flowing beats have amassed upwards of 130 million streams and have garnered support from BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Jamz Supernova, BBC Radio 2’s Jo Whiley, Jazz FM, BBC 6 Music’s Don Letts, BBC Introducing, Reprezent, Wordplay & Notion Magazines, and a coveted Maida Vale session, as well as a spot on many of your favourite jazz/R&B playlists.

Driven by the brainchild of producer edbl, this mixtape doesn’t just feature talent — it amplifies it.
Each track feels like a world of its own, tailored perfectly to the featured artist’s voice, vibe, and lyrical style.
What truly sets this mixtape apart is the producer’s uncanny ability to bring out the best in every collaborator. On stage, edbl spoke freely about each individual collaboration, setting the scene and capturing the unique mood of every artist. Whether it was a hard-hitting verse from a seasoned lyricist or a soulful hook from an up-and-coming vocalist, each live performance of the night was elevated by the energy of the audience and the shared appreciation for raw, authentic talent.
From the first beat to the final fade-out, this mixtape is nothing short of epic.
