DARTZ are the band from Wellington, New Zealand.

Since forming in 2019, the four-piece have turned everyday Aotearoa life - work, money, housing, politics, friendship, bad decisions and the occasional race to the pub - into big-hearted rock songs with sharp hooks and sharper storytelling.

Two #1 NZ albums, two Aotearoa Music Awards and multiple tours across Australia, the UK and Europe later, those songs have carried DARTZ a long way from their Wellington home without ever pulling them away from it.

Either “modern-day folk heroes” or “politically aware class clowns”, depending on who you ask, DARTZ remain unmistakably from New Zealand, ambitious about where that can take them, and at their best when four distinct personalities collide onstage.
