Ysanne attended The Greater Hartford Academy of Performing Arts as a Voice Major, and then continued to revolve her education around music and performance when she went to Dean College in Massachusetts. Ysanne graduated from Dean College May 2012, Cum Laude, with her BA in Art and Entertainment Management: Communications w/performance studies.

This classically trained vocalist has participated in numerous musicals, countless open mics and showcases, and has opened for big industry names such as The Dream, Donnell Jones and Juelz Santana. Ysanne had participated in the Kennedy Center American College, Theater Region I in 2013, after playing the role of Motormouth Maybelle in "Hairspray” at Dean College in 2012. Fast forward to Fall of 2021 she starred in a one-woman show as Billie Holiday in the production ”Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grille” at The Rep in Portsmouth, NH.

Current highlights in Ysanne’s career are being a Finalist for Hartford’s Got Talent 2023 and participating in Artist of Color Accelerate, a paid program that allows Ysanne to continue enhancing her artistry and business etiquette.
