Longtime admirers of one another, Kathleen Grace, Jamie Drake and Leslie Stevens have come together as Dear Lemon Trees. Singing around one microphone, the performers bring their Arizona, Michigan, and Missouri roots to songs that earned them a mention in L.A. Weekly's Best of 2016. As individuals the three friends have been important figures in the L.A. music world for many years. They were also key founders of an locally based songwriting group before recording "The Briar and The Rose" (Tom Waits) on Grace’s critically acclaimed 2014 release No Place To Fall. A wedding performance in a canyon grove sealed their fate as a new trio. Their first E.P. Gravity was released in January 2017. Dear Lemon Trees is an LA-based Americana trio consisting of songwriters, Kathleen Grace, Jamie Drake and Leslie Stevens.
