Mag Bay are hands down the most genius creators making music today. This is my third time seeing them this year, and I was so happy that they finally fixed their live mixing. Everything sounded 💯

An amazing show and a very cool crowd of genuinely kind and fun weirdos. I wish I had been closer to the stage to maximize dancing opportunities- Seattleites don’t dance very much!

Great show, crowd was super into it. I was really impressed. The cleveland show was cool but this crowd in detroit was super hype.

This is a review of the venue, primarily. The place was way over sold. The general admission area was so packed you couldn't move without rubbing up against several other people. It really detracted from the show.

Cool. Very cool. These guys put on a great show in that themed exotic 70s pop style. All the first album hits and the new material. Mica is a great performer. A fantastic show. Hopes and expectations exceeded. The Round house was very pleasant. Tram was neat.

My second time seeing them live. Splurged and went VIP. Was super cool to catch the pre show with acoustic versions of songs requested by the crowd. Too cool!

Great show. Did a nice job of mixing in old hits with the new album. Mica is such a great performer and their music sounds great live. Always surprised they aren’t more popular. The opener was whacky though haha

Fantastic show! Tons of amazing costume changes and was mostly a play-through of the new album with interspersed other songs. Venue was quite hot and crowded, but it /was/ 99F that day. Super stoked to get merch signed by them again, waited ~2h after show.

WOW!!! Magdalena Bay rocked The Warfield with the BEST synth pop in the Universe! Opening with the title track of their awesome Mercurial World album, they moved seamlessly through a set that displayed their musical diversity AND joy of performing. Their music, energy, totality of their souls immersed in sharing their music with the audience is outstanding- and never flags? After seeing them headline their own show and open for artists such as Caroline Polacheck, Flume and others, their music stands out and their performances are always FUN and professional. Nick, their onstage drummer provides a solid percussive backdrop! Do not miss them if they come to you town- they are a no miss great musical evening!! David G

Amazing show, I’m sad I missed the opener bc her music is awesome but holy shit Magdalena Bay really blew out of the ballpark. Super great transitions between songs, interactive and funny, and just overall so amazing. The anime reel when killshot was playing literally had me screaming like a banshee LOL

Magdalena Bay rocked Stage AE with their hook-laden, upbeat pop rock!! In a slightly abbreviated set that highlighted their new album, Mercurial World and a nod to their ep, A Little Rhythm and a Wicked Feeling: their musicianship and joy in performing drove the crowd, especially me, into a dancing mass!! Mad fun- see them!!!!

This was a great venue to experience Magdalena Bay. The band is awesome, energetic, and all around great fun. They even stuck around for a meet and greet with all the fans!
