In late 2010, vocalist Jansen Nunez and drummer Triston Bourque started the band. They recruited guitarist Bryce Monteaux in the spring of 2011. After finding a bassist, they begun playing small local shows. After a few more member changes, the band decided to move in a different, more professional direction, and thus came a drastic change in style and multiple member changes. In fall of 2012, the band decided to place Bryce on clean vocals and added other guitarist Kaleb Davis. Newest addition, bassist Camron Case, solidified the band's line-up into what it is today. Slowly making their way into other areas outside of the Lafayette, LA area, Missing Nevaeh is steadily gaining recognition through southern Louisiana, and other areas.
