SUNFIELDS

Montreal-based guitarist steeped in song. Spent most of his 20's glued to a 4-track, stacking over 250 demos before releasing his 2006 debut. Since then, he’s lived in a loop of music, his and others’, touring constantly with a wide array of Montreal artists including his own band Sunfields....Sun kissed harmonies, glistening guitars, howling organs, crackling amplifiers, tape hiss, saturated synths. Imagine Wilco making out with Tom Petty in the back of Neil Young's van while listening to Wilco.
Although the quartet has been around since 2009, 3/4 of its members have been playing music together since they were teenagers.
