I found it charming watching her younger brother scurrying about videotaping the event and even got a glimpse of her ever-present but mainly out of sight mother in the wings. On one of the very early recordings when Laura was a little girl, there was a small segment where, I choose to believe, her mother sang harmony. Has Mom ever emerged from the wings to sing a duet with her daughter? Her's is indeed a very special family and they are all a gift from God. As they say, give "Praises to the Lord."
